Helping Noundles Moon

We’re about two months in to the #Reboundles, and I’m nothing short of amazed at how far we’ve come. The new team has launched a Rainbow Shop, run 10 raffles for NFTs & whitelists, partnered with Bud Light, appeared in a Super Bowl ad, got invited to talk on a Twitter Space with Gary V’s team and hired/paid staff for the first time in project history. In two months. Wow.

You see, Noundles is not like other projects. Our story is different, our community is different and our future is different. One of the things that makes us so different is that we are entirely led by this amazing community. We don’t have any full time staff. Everyone you see in leadership is a member of the community just like you.

While most projects have generalist founders who try to do a little bit of everything (some tweets, a little coding, pop on a Twitter space, try to spend funds wisely), we have a dozen experts contributing their time to drive our goals forward. Each of our experts is considerably more accomplished at their craft than even the best generalist founder is at that activity. This expertise will allow us to outcompete even the best teams.

To do this, however, we need flawless coordination and perfect execution.

We don’t have this today.

I’ve been talking to the leaders on the wallet teams and some key members of the community about how we can improve role clarity and execution, and will propose an amendment to our governance that accomplishes this. This new structure will empower each wallet member to own a critical metric for Noundles and grant them the autonomy to drive it without bureaucracy. Flawless coordination and perfect execution.

I’ve put together a short doc describing these roles. I have an idea of who I think would be good for each role, but I admittedly don’t know all of you. That’s why I’ve also provided an application form. If you are an expert in one of the skills we need, and you want to help make this project a blue chip, we want you on the team!

Final note: I don’t expect anyone to do this out of the goodness of their heart. If the proposal I put forward is approved by the community, the wallet team roles will be paid going forward, with each wallet member getting 1% of all rainbows collected from the Rainbow Shop. If you give your time and expertise, you should share in the upside you help create.
